This notice means:
' Internet Explorer cannot download files with that name from this webserver '.
I can use good FTP programs and can download files with other browsers such as Firefox. Therefore, the problem has been identified that Internet Explorer has problems.
After trying to fix Internet Explorer to fix the problem I discovered that the problem was in the Temporary Internet Files folder. Sometimes the index.dat file may be corrupted or corrupted. If this happens, you will have to delete this index.dat file and restart your computer. You can then download the files using Internet Explorer. Follow the steps below to delete this file.
1) Open Internet Explorer .
2) Click Tools , click Internet Options
3) On the General tab in the Temporary Internet Files section, click Delete Files
4) Click Ok when it asks if you want to delete the files
5) In the History section on the General tab, click Clear History , and then click OK
6) Close Internet Explorer
7) Log off the current account and log back in with another account such as Administrator
8) Click Start, Run
9) Type CMD and press Enter to open the command prompt window
10) Change the folders to T emporary Internet Files folder by typing the following command, replacing the drive letter and username properly with the correct username in Windows XP.
cd drive: Documents and SettingsusernameLocal SettingsTemporary Internet FilesContent.IE5
For example: cd c: Documents and SettingsMarkLocal SettingsTemporary Internet FilesContent.IE5
11) Type del index.dat and press Enter
12) Type Exit and press Enter to close the command prompt window
13) Restart your computer
When the computer is restarted, open a page that has a link to download. Click on this link and try downloading the file. Now your work will be done.
