Asus sold laptops using APU AMD Trinity from May 15

APU Trinity is produced based on the new 32nm Piledriver microarchitecture, designed towards mainstream laptops and desktops. According to AMD, compared to the generation of Llano APUs, Trinity can improve about 25% of computing power and about 50% of graphics performance. Considering each watt of power consumption, the APU Trinity performance doubles the previous generation.
Initial information shows that the A55DR and A75DE will be the first two laptops from Asus equipped with Trinity APU. In which model A55DR-SX090V equipped with 15.6-inch LED LCD screen supports HD resolution (1366x768). APU four core Trinity A8-4500M (2.2GHz, TDP 35W), integrated Radeon HD 7470M graphics, 8GB of DDR3 RAM and a traditional hard drive of 500GB HDD.
Asus A75DE-TY043V equipped with 17.3-inch LED backlight LCD screen supports HD + resolution (1600x900). Hardware configuration includes Trinity A6 AP-4400M dual APU (2.6GHz, TDP 35W), integrated Radeon HD 7670M graphics, 6GB DDR3 RAM and 750GB HDD.
Currently, there is not much detailed information about Asus A55DR and A75DE. However, equipping APU Trinity will help two new models of Asus laptops with attractive prices, suitable for most users.
Expected, Asus A55DR has the lowest price of about 599 euros (about 16.58 million) and A75DE priced from 550 euros - 590 euros (about 15.23 million dong - 16.33 million dong) depending on the configuration. Both will be available for sale on May 15, 2012; at the same time AMD officially launched APU Trinity.
