ASUS ExpertBook P3540 has a classic gray color, showing elegance and professionalism. It measures 357 x 236 x 19.4mm and weighs 1.7 kg.

Despite its compact size, ASUS still equips the ExpertBook P3540 with a host of important ports. The right side has a Kensington lock slot, USB 3.1 Gen 1 Type-A port, USB 3.1 Type-C Gen 1 port, SD card reader, and a 3.5mm headphone jack.
