According to the survey, by 2020 we will lack about 500,000 human resources for the IT industry. Currently, the recruitment demand for this sector is increasing by 47% but the human resource only increases by 8% a year. Not only lack of quantity but also the quality of training in many facilities has not met the demand of employers.

AI human resources are scarce, in Vietnam the best people often choose to study abroad. Which usually these people have gone is not returned.

Therefore, employers both in the country and abroad, especially companies from Japan are always 'hunting' high quality IT engineers from reputable training institutions.

About the story of artificial intelligence training (AI) in the university, Mr. Ta Hai Tung - Director of the Institute of Information Technology, Hanoi University of Science and Technology, said that in 2019 AI was also added to the chapter. The school's curriculum, with a minimum input score of 27 points, only 0.5% of A-grade candidates nationwide achieved this score.
