Why can't I access tplinkwifi.net?
Sometimes you may not be able to access tplinkwifi.net , only receive error information or even not respond at all. There are many reasons why this problem occurs and the following are some methods to resolve this situation.
Step 1:
Make sure the device is connected to TP-Link router's network. Otherwise, you cannot access the login page with the domain address tplinkwifi.net.
Step 2:
If you receive an error message from TP-Link, you may have cached the public IP address of tplinkwifi.net. You can clear cache and browser history as instructed in the following article: How to clear cache and cookies on Chrome, Firefox and Coc Coc.
Alternatively, you can also use a different browser or device. For example, if you often use Google Chrome, try Mozilla Firefox to visit tplinkwifi.net.
Step 3:
Use the router's IP address http://192.168.0.1 or https://192.168.1.1 to log in instead of tplinkwifi.net domain address.
Note : It is possible that 192.168.0.1 or 192.168.1.1 is not your router's IP address, if the network manager has changed before. You can refer to the article: Ways to find IP Router address on Windows 10.
Step 4:
If you have multiple network connections at the same time, such as wired, wireless and VPN, you should turn off or disconnect all Internet and VPN connections, leaving only a wired connection with the TP-Link router.
Step 5:
Reboot the router and modem. If convenient, you should also restart the desktop, laptop or phone used to access tplinkwifi.net.
You can plug in and unplug the power cable or press the power button twice to restart the TP-Link router.
Step 6:
Temporarily disable firewalls and anti-virus software, as it can sometimes be assumed that the site is not secure and block the site.
You can go to the Windows PC Control Panel to turn off the firewall.
Step 7:
If the above methods still can't help you access the router login page, you can perform a factory reset of the router. You can refer to the article: How to reset the TP-Link WiFi router.
Note : After you perform a factory reset, all router settings and configuration will return to the factory state, including the personalized SSID and password, username and logon password. import, as well as many other advanced functions.
Step 8:
If all of these methods still fail, you will need to contact TP-Link support to resolve the issue.
