When watching YouTube, using the mouse to control the video is not a difficult and time-consuming operation, but it is much faster to know how to use shortcuts. Below is a list of the most convenient shortcuts on YouTube you should use immediately.

Shortcuts apply when opening new videos, no need to click anywhere in the video interface.

- J key : rewind 10 seconds

- K key : switch to pause / open video button

- L key : fast forward 10 seconds

- M key : turn off video audio

The following shortcuts can only work when you click somewhere on the video interface ( run, stop, adjust volume, rewind . ).

- Left / right arrow key : fast forward or rewind 5 seconds

- Up / down arrow key : adjust volume up or down.
