A developer nicknamed "buildbybel" has created a new tool called ThisIsWin11 (TIW11). As described by the developer, this is the only tool you need to personalize your Windows 11 experience.

In the description of TIW11, the developer calls it "real PowerToys for Windows 11".

So what can you do with TIW11?

First, TIW11 can help you uninstall apps that come pre-installed or come with Windows. Some people find these applications useful, but most consider them to be just junk software.

Other features of TIW11 include the ability to customize themes for Windows and applications; Ability to disable Fluent Design effects; Ability to disable Snap Assist; Ability to disable Widgets.

You can see more features of TIW11 in the image below:

To use TIW11 smoothly, you must delete the Packages folder before applying the changes. Failure to do this will result in conflicts due to duplicate files.

The Packages folder contains the files of the Windows installed applications of the current user account. You can find it at: C:/Users/%username%/AppData/Local/Packages. These settings are usually hidden, so you have to set the hidden files to be visible in order to see them.

The structure of TIW11 consists of 5 modules:

  1. Presenter: A guide to Windows 11 and allows you to quickly configure the new operating system
  2. PumpedApp: Allows you to test and optimize your Windows 11 configuration and more
  3. Kickassbloat: Helps you remove pre-installed junk applications on Windows 11
  4. Packages: Helps you quickly install applications
  5. PowerClick: Lets you automate some Windows 11 tasks based on PowerShell and community scripts
