In Chrome, Opera and Vivaldi browsers

1. In the Network section, click Change proxy settings .
2. On the Connection tab, click on LAN settings .
3. Activate Use a proxy server for your LAN , then enter the address and proxy port into Address.

Chrome, Opera, Vivaldi and other Chromium-based browsers do not have a built-in proxy feature in the browser that uses proxy settings for the entire system.
