How to summarize documents in Google Drive using Gemini
Step 1:
Open Google Drive where the document is stored, find the document you want to summarize, then click the three-dot icon and select "Summary this file" .
Step 2:
Immediately afterwards, on the left side of the interface, you will see a summary of the document you have selected, as shown below.
Additionally, when you open a document , the summary created with Gemini automatically appears on the right-hand side.
Step 3:
In the summary box, you can use some suggested resources from Gemini, as shown in the image. If you want to ask Gemini directly, select "Ask Gemini" to open the chat window.
Step 4:
Now you can directly enter your question in the box to continue accessing the document according to the content you need.
