Avoid playing against online players if Team Playstyle is below 90

Players will earn experience points with each match depending on the relationship with the coach. If the player's Team Playstyle Level/OVR is lower than 90, the team members earn very little experience points, and especially when entering online matches.

So, be patient and gather more experience points whenever possible and increase Team Playstyle to at least 90 before joining the online match. If a manager and his team's initial Team Playstyle falls below 70, the player should cancel that plan and take a different approach.
