Therefore, he paired thousands of still photos taken by Apollo astronauts and used digital effects, to create an extremely vivid, impressive and epic movie. and beautiful.
From thousands of photos, Christian Stangl created a panorama image with a wider landscape (Panoramic Stitching), making camera movements. At the same time, the photos taken continuously by the air cargo landing team were also added to the video, creating stop motion frames with smooth movement.

To be able to complete the film, Stangl took up to 2 years to synthesize more than 14,000 photos, then categorize, select photos that can be linked together, put everything together with the After Effect application Adobe, then added background music, which was compiled by Stangl's own brother.
According to Stangl, images on the surface of the Moon when astronauts landed are the easiest part to do because they often capture more than 10 photos from a perspective. The biggest difficulty in the process of making this video is to select photos that are compatible with each other, suitable for time in more than 14,000 photos.
This work was quite tedious and he made many mistakes during his long work. In the end, the results he achieved were extremely impressive and worthy of this effort!
