Notice of account lockout from Facebook
Mr. Huynh Kim Tuoc , Facebook's advisor in the Vietnamese market, said that Facebook's terms of use clearly stated that when registering a personal account, users must use their real names in their profiles. However, many users are not interested in that, even though they accept the terms that Facebook offers.
According to Mr. Tuoc , this is the term applied to the whole world and the account lock algorithm from the feedback is also done automatically. Therefore, when setting up Facebook, the user has accepted the above terms, must comply, otherwise it will be difficult for the Facebook support side to handle the account.
For example, when there are account-related issues, the support side will ask the user to prove that the account is yours by sending information to them. The main information is people's identity card or passport, other relevant documents are only secondary factors. But when the support department saw the above documents, it did not match the name with the Facebook account, so it could not prove anything and they did not respond to users,
Mr. Huynh Kim Tuoc also shared, this is a very basic issue, Facebook offers to avoid fake, scams . that the media once reflected. However, many users do not want to follow, although it is very easy to implement; therefore, when many people commit wrongdoings, they do not know that Facebook is doing it right.
According to Mr. Tuoc, in Facebook system, all mistakes of users are saved, the light case is recovered, but if repeated violations will be permanently locked. There were hundreds of cases handled, at first when listening to Mr. Tu's presentation, he also felt annoyed, but when he checked that almost 99% were wrong and Facebook's handling was correct.
To avoid such unfortunate cases, according to Mr. Huynh Kim Tuoc , users should comply with the regulations on personal Facebook accounts, that is to register with real names. If you want to use a nickname, open the brackets after the real name, or set up Fanpage to use your nickname.
