Facebook lock acc, change password ... just follow it, don't worry

I and a lot of people have just received notifications from Facebook, they first lock their account and then request a password change. I changed my password and then everything was normal again.

If you are asked, follow the instructions. Since this is an unusual change, you have not prepared the password first so if you choose a new password, remember to record or choose something that is hard to forget. Good luck.
