Start the command window with Administrator rights: go to Start enter cmd in the search box, right-click the search result cmd. Exe select Run as Administrator.

At the command LINE, enter the following command:

Mklink / d '% userprofile% SkyDriveMusic' C: Music

With the above command, any file placed in the C: Music folder will also be automatically uploaded to SkyDrive. You can replace C: Music with the absolute path to the folder you want to sync to SkyDrive.
