How to Write Notes in Google Search: Practical Guide

Instructions for Turning on Notes on Google Search

As of February 2024, notes on Google Search are a beta feature in Google Labs. And you can only use this feature on Google Search on your phone.

Step 1:

Open the Google app on your phone, then tap the Labs icon in the top left corner.

Step 2:

In the Google Search customization interface, you enable the Notes setting in Search.

How to View Written Notes in Google Search

Step 1:

In we open Google and search for any content. Below each search result you will see the Notes and Add Notes options.

Step 2:

Just click the Notes button to see the notes you wrote in searches from other Google accounts.

Step 3:

Click on the note you want to view to expand the interface. Below will be the option to share, save the note content or click like this note.

How to Write Notes in Google Search

Step 1:

Click Add Notes in the content you want to write a note about. You can then insert photos into notes and enter note content.

You can change the background color by clicking the brush icon to select the background.

Step 2:

After editing the note content on Google Search, click Post to post the note.

Click on your account avatar and select Your profile to check your account.

Step 2:

Now below you will see the Notes section with the notes you wrote on Google Search. When you click on the 3-dot icon in each note, it will appear to delete or share this note.
