How to turn off Netflix profile transfer

The profile transfer feature on Netflix helps you transfer your profile to another account. This feature supports you to transfer a lot of account information such as video watching history on Netflix, videos saved in the list, settings, etc. This makes it easier to experience Netflix in another account. You don't need to share passwords. However, using this Netflix profile transfer mode also affects personal information and data. Instructions to turn off the Netflix profile transfer feature

Step 1:

First, log in to your Netflix account on your computer as usual and then click on your account avatar .

Step 2:

Click on Account , then click on Settings to change the settings for the Netflix app again.

Here you scroll down below and then click on Turn Off Profile Transfer . Switch to the next interface, proceed to confirm turning off this setting according to the instructions displayed on the screen.

How to turn off Netflix profile transfer on phone

Step 1:

Users also log into their Netflix account on the phone, then click on the account avatar to proceed with the setup.

Step 2:

Switch to the new interface, users click on the Account item to adjust the account. Here we will see the settings for your Netflix account. Users click on Turn Off Profile Transfer .

Step 3:

Then the application asks if you are sure you want to turn off this feature, we click on Turn Off Profile Transfer to confirm .

Thus, the account transfer mode on Netflix has been turned off. Previously transferred data from your Netflix account profile will not be affected.
