3. At this time, the menu " Windows Advanced Options Menu " appears, use the arrow keys to select Safe Mode with Networking and press Enter .
- On Windows 8 and 8.1:
1. Press the Windows + R key combination to open the Run command window.
2. On the Run command window, type ' msconfig ' and press Enter .
3. Now on the screen appears the window S ystem Configuration , here you click the Boot tab , then select Safe Boot and Network .
4. Click OK and then restart your computer.
Note:

Step 2: Remove malicious programs and unwanted programs from Control Panel
1. To do this:
- On Windows 8, 7 and Windows Vista: Go to Start => Control Panel .
- On Windows XP: Go to Start => Settings => Control Panel .
- On Windows 8 and 8.1:
Press the Windows + R key combination to open the Run command window.

Step 3: Delete folders and malicious files

Step 4: Remove settings and folders of adware (Adware) with AdwCleaner
AdwCleaner is a free tool, which you can use to easily remove unwanted adware, programs (PUPs - Potentially Unwanted Programs), Toolbars, attackers. browse (Hijackers), .
1. Download AdwCleaner to your device and install it.

- Download and install Malwarebytes Anti-Malware Free:

To install the free version of the application, uncheck the 'Enable free Trial of Malwarebytes Anti-Malware Premium' option on the final installation screen.
- Scan and clean your computer with Malwarebytes Anti-Malware:
1. Run Malwarebytes Anti-Malware and allow the program to update (update) the latest version (if needed).
2. After the update process finishes, click the Scan Now button to start the scan of your system, remove malware and unwanted programs.
3. Wait until the system scan finishes.
4. When the scan is complete, click Quarantine All to remove the detected threats.
5. After the process has finished, restart your computer to complete the process.
6. After the computer has finished booting, run Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware again to confirm there are no "threats" on your system.

Use CCleaner to clean the system, remove temporary internet files and registry files.

Step 9: Reset your browser to the default setting state
- On Internet Explorer:
To reset Internet Explorer to the default setting, follow the steps below:
1. Open Internet Explorer, then click the jagged icon in the top right corner of the screen, select Internet Options.
2. Now on the screen of the I Internet Options window, here you click the Advanced tab .
3. Then click Reset .
4. On the ' Reset Internet Explorer settings ' window , select ' Delete personal settings ' then click the Reset button.

6. Close all Internet Explorer browser windows, then restart the browser.
- On Chrome browser:
1. Click the 3 dash line icon in the top corner of the screen, select Settings.
2. Now on the screen appears the Settings window, here you scroll down to find and click Show advanced settings (show advanced settings).
3. On the screen, an advanced installation window of the Chrome browser will appear, here you scroll down to find Reset browser settings . Next click on Reset browser button.
4. A confirmation window will appear on the screen, your task is to click the Reset button to confirm.
5. Restart your Chrome browser.
- On Firefox browser:
1. Click the 3 dash line icon in the top right corner of the screen, then select Help.
2. On the Help Menu, click Troubleshooting Information .
If you cannot access the Help menu, enter about: support in the address bar to open the Troubleshooting information page.
3. Click the ' Refresh Firefox ' button in the top right corner of the Troubleshooting Information page.
4. Continue to click the Refresh button Firefox on the confirmation window.
5. Firefox will automatically close the window and return to the original default installation state. Once completed, a window displaying the information will appear. Click Finish .
