How to put multiple photos into a PDF file on Windows 10

Step 1: Open File Explorer and go to the folder containing the image you want to include in the PDF file.

Step 2: Select all images you want to convert into PDF files. To select, hold down the Ctrl key while selecting.

Step 5: Click Print to see the Save Print Output As dialog box.

Step 6: Type the name of the PDF file and select Save to save.
