How to obscure notification content on iPhone
By default all new notifications on the iPhone will be displayed in the lock screen, including notification of the application or message. This sometimes makes it difficult for users, so we can turn off message preview content on iPhone, or turn off notifications for specific applications. If your device has been jailbroken, you can use PrivaSee tweak to hide the contents of the lock screen.
Refine PrivaSee installed on iOS 11 and use FaceID to fully open notifications. When a new notification arrives, the content will be blurred, and will only be displayed again after confirmation via Face ID. Tweaking will blur the notification on both the lock screen and the top edge of the device.

After installation is complete, we go to Settings and then click on PrivaSee tweak. Here the user will have some options to change the settings for tweaking.
- Enable Tweak: enable or disable tweaks.
- Select Protected Apps: select the application you want to blur the notification.
- Protected Glow App: turn on light effect mode with notification blur app.
- Protected App Glow Color: select the light color for the effect.
- Glow Radius: set the radius of glow with the horizontal bar.
- Blur Amount: set the level of notification blurring.
- Hide While Locked: obscures the notification content on the iPhone lock screen.
- Keep Display Off: does not show new notifications.
- No Realerts: turn off alert repeat mode.
The list of applications will display fully for us to choose. Squeeze the circle button to the right to activate blurring the notification content of the application.
After setting up PrivaSee's operating mode, we respring the device to apply.
The result when a new message is displayed will be hidden as shown below. We will still know the name of the application with the notification, but the content is blurred. All apps in the lock screen and notification center interface are blurred.
Step 3:
To view the notification content, open Face ID mode to scan the face. Then the message content will be displayed again.
So for iOS 11 devices that have jailbroken Face ID, you can install PrivaSee tweak to secure your notifications. We do not need to manually turn off the notification of each application in the Settings interface as before.
