How to export Video from Aegisub

Aegisub is one of the best Sub creation software on computers today. This tool not only has Sub creation features but also has beautiful text effects. 1. Install Format Factory software

Aegisub software does not support Video export, so we will need to use Format Factory software to export Video. This is completely free software so you can freely use it without worrying about paying.

2. Set up on Aegisub

After installing Format Factory, proceed with setup on Aegisub to get the Sub file for the Video.

In your working file, select File -> Save Subtitles (Ctrl + S) to export the Sub file.

Note: Please save the Sub file in the same location as the Video file for easy selection.

3. Export the Video using Format Factory

After completing the above two parts, we will have the following documents:

  1. Sub file – exported from Aegisub
  2. Video File – Video file needs Sub connection
  3. Format Factory – Software to combine Sub into Video

Step 1: First you need to start Format Factory software and select MP4 to create Video.

Step 2: When the MP4 window appears, select Output Settings to set the output.

Step 3: In the Video Settings window, find Additional Subtitle (1) and click to activate. Immediately, the Three Dots box (2) will appear and you click on the Three Dots to open the Sub file.
