Step 1: Turn on unknown sources on your phone.

Note: Kwai is a Chinese video editing app and is not available on Google Play or the App Store. Therefore, to download the Kwai app to your phone, you need to enable unknown sources on your phone before downloading. Step 2: Click on the link to download the Kwai APK for your phone: Kwai China

Step 3 : On the download interface, select [ Link File 1 ]. A message will then appear asking if you want to download the Kwai APK file. To continue, select " Download ". 

Step 4: After successfully downloading Kwai China, press " open " and select " install " on the displayed interface to proceed with installing the application on your device. A message will appear indicating that the application has been installed; press " open " to launch the application on your phone.

Step 5:  Next, on the application's display interface, click the red box (Figure 5) and then select " Allow " to grant Kwai permission to make and manage phone calls (Figure 6).

 

3. How to use Chinese Kwai

 

3.1. How to register for Kwai China

After downloading and installing the Chinese version of Kuaishou, you need to register to use it. To register a Kuaishou account in China, follow these steps:

Step 1: Access the Kuaishou app on your phone. On the app's home screen, tap " me " in the menu bar. The login screen will then appear.
Step 2 : To continue, select your Vietnamese phone number (with the +84 country code) as the Kwai registration code . Enter your phone number (remember to omit the leading 0) and tap the red " Get Code " button below to receive a code from Kwai.
Step 3 : The Kwai system will call you to read the code. Enter this code in the field below and tap " Login ". You have now successfully registered your Kwai account and will be redirected to the next page where you can choose your gender, display name on Kwai, profile picture, background image, etc.

 

3.2. How to create and edit videos with the Chinese Kwai app

Kwai's interface is designed with sections: Home, Nearby, Create/Edit Video, Message, and Me. To create and edit videos with attractive effects on Kwai, you need to follow these steps:

Step 1 : Access the Kwai app and tap the circular icon in the center.
Step 2: A notification screen will appear asking " Allow Kuaishou to take photos and record videos " and " Allow Kwai to record audio ." Tap " Allow " to proceed to the next step.

Step 3: On the Kwai video creation and editing interface, you can choose to use one of the following features:

- Video/Story: Creating a video: To begin, you can choose the timer, speed, magic effects, beautify filters, and music you want to add to the video, then tap the circle in the middle to start recording. Alternatively, you can tap the "album" option to select existing videos and images from your phone to edit and upload to Kwai.

- Library: This is where you can find pre-made effects from Kwai users. Here, you can simply choose a pre-made video effect and add it to your images or videos without much editing.

- Livestream : Where you broadcast your videos live.

Step 4:  With the video you just created, you can choose to edit it (change the music, add text, effects, trim the video, etc.) and press " next " to complete the video editing process.

Step 5: With the video you just completed, you can write a description, add hashtags, insert a location, choose a video posting mode, and press " post " to upload the video you just created using Kwai.
