How to create a guessing game on PowerPoint
PowerPoint is not only used to create lecture presentation slides, presenting exercises for a certain topic where users can create game types right on PowerPoint. Images will be covered by different puzzle pieces. Each question will have answers and when the questionnaire is completed, the puzzle will gradually disappear and display the original image to be guessed. Instead of simple image guessing, teachers can integrate the lecture into each question for students to guess. The following article will show you how to create a guessing game on PowerPoint slides.

Instructions for creating a guessing game for PowerPoint pictures
Step 1:
At the PowerPoint slide, click Insert and select Picture to insert the question image into the slide. Next we will use pieces to hide this original image.
Users select Insert , click on Shapes and then select the rectangle .
Step 2:
We will draw the image to hide the entire original image below. Depending on the number of questions you draw the number of images that cover the original image respectively. Next, adjust the colors and borders for arbitrary pieces.
You can add shadow effects to each piece to create more art.
Step 3:
Next to each puzzle piece will be questions with different answer options. When the answer is correct, the puzzle piece will open.
Click on the Home tab and select New Slide and click on Title and Content to add slides to question number 1.
At the new slide, we will enter the question in the text box above and also edit the font, size for text, .
Step 4:
Delete the text box below and then click Insert to continue to Shapes , select the next rectangle or other image depending on you.
Next you create different shapes and then enter the answers to the question on the slide. Also edit frames, colors, text, .
Step 5:
To select effects for given answers, click the Animations tab and select any effect.
If you want to create an effect for the correct answer, such as changing to green , selecting the wrong answer will change to red , click Animations> Add Animation> Fill Color in the Emphasis section.
In Effect Options the user selects red for wrong answer A.
Step 6:
Click on the Animation Pane in the upper corner. At the adjustment bar on the right side of the screen, select the triangle icon next to the color change effect of the answer A and then click Timing .
In the new dialog box that appears, select Triggers and click on Start effect on click of , select the image name containing answer A.
We continue to perform color assignments, Timing for the remaining wrong answers and correct answers in Effect Options, you choose green .
The result we will see in each answer has 2 different effects.
Step 7:
Once you've created the question for the first slide, click Insert and the homepage icon in the Action Button to add a button back to the image guessing interface.
Draw the icon on the slide near the end and display the Action Settings dialog box. Click the Mouse Click tab and select Hyperlink to First Slide to return to the guessing interface when clicking this icon. Click OK to close the dialog box. So created a question slide.
Step 8:
Next right click on question 1 slide and select Duplicate Slide to create a new slide like this slide. You continue to create additional slides for the 4 pieces of the original image.
Click on slide 3 and proceed to revise the question and answer. We keep the effect and just enter the correct answer for the cell with the green transition effect, the other cells enter the wrong project for the red effect. Doing so will save time for composing slides.
Step 9:
Once you have the full slide question back to the first image guess slide. Enter the sequence number for each piece .
Select all 4 pieces and select Animations then select the effect in the Exit section for the pieces to disappear and show the image.
Time can be adjusted for the pieces to disappear in the Duration section if desired.
Step 10:
To click on puzzle pieces 1, 2, 3 and 4, you will need to display question slide number 1, 2, 3, and 4, the user needs to assign the link to each piece . Right-click on the number 1 and select Hyperlink .
Display the Insert Hyperlink dialog box, select Place in This Document . In the Select a place in this document section, select the slide number 2 which means the question number 1 . The slide content can be viewed next to the case of choosing the wrong slide.
Similarly, with the second piece, select Hyperlink, in the Insert Hyperlink dialog box select Place in This Document and select Slide 3 for question number 2. Follow with the remaining pieces.
Step 11:
Click on the Animations tab and select Animation Pane . In this frame click on the Exit effect of puzzle 1 and select the triangle, then click on Timing .
In the Timing tab, click the trigger and select Start effect on click of and select the correct puzzle image name 1 .
Continue to perform a Trigger assignment with pieces 2, 3, 4 and in Start effect on click of choose the image name of the puzzle.
Step 12:
Continuing to create more images to click will display the final image answer or Action Buttons is OK. Draw a picture on the position of the slide you want and enter the word Result .
Continue to create more frames to write the image name to guess. Can add effects to image names.
Step 14:
Click on the frame containing the name of the image and then select the Animations tab and select the effect currently in Emtrance .
Select the triangle icon next to the effect name of the resulting image and select Timing. In the new dialog box, we select Triggers and Start effect on click of . Select image name Results when clicking will display the image name.
So you've created the guessing game on PowerPoint already. When creating question slides, users need to link to each piece of the image to guess. The insertion effect for each piece and the questions you need to do in order. The effects may be different from the tutorial.
