How to block AI videos in TikTok
If you scroll through TikTok and see too much AI content, even content you don't like, you can control the AI content that appears, reducing TikTok AI video recommendations.
TikTok now lets you reduce AI content in your TikTok feed. If you're scrolling through TikTok and seeing too much AI content, even content you don't like, there are a few settings you can use to control the AI content that appears, reducing AI video recommendations on TikTok. Here's how to block AI videos in TikTok.
Hide AI videos in TikTok via content management bar
Click on the 3-dash icon and select Settings & privacy > Content & display > Content preferences > Manage topics .
Here you will see the AI-generated content bar to hide AI videos.
This feature is currently rolling out to TikTok accounts. Please update your app and wait for it to arrive.
The slider only affects the For You page, so you can still see AI videos through search or the Following tab.
How to skip AI videos on TikTok
In addition to using the slider to hide AI videos on TikTok, you can also skip AI videos with content you don't want. Press and hold on the TikTok AI video and select Not Interested .
Block TikTok AI videos via keyword filter
This feature only works if the video is AI-labeled.
Click on the 3 dashes icon, select Settings and privacy, then click Content options . Next, select Filter keywords to adjust. Click Add keywords to do so.
Now you enter the keyword AI into the filter bar and below select all feeds and press Save.
