How to apply Stationery or Theme on Email?

Stationery and theme are a set of uniform design and color elements. They specify the font, bullet, background color, horizontal lines, images and other design elements you want to display in messages, email sent.

1. How to change all new mail format to HTML?

1. Click the File tab .

2. Click to select Options.

3. Click Mail.

4. At Compose message, in the option Compose messages in the list format message this , click HTML .

2. Apply Theme and Stationery Outlook on all messages

Note: If your messages are not converted to HTML format, the themes will not be installed.

1. Click the File tab .

2. Click to select Options.

3. Click Mail.

4. Click Stationery and Fonts.

5. In the Personal Stationery tab, select the Theme.

6. In the Choose a theme section , select a theme or stationery that you want to apply and click OK.

7. Select the font you want to use.

3. Apply theme and stationery on a single letter

1. On the Home tab, in the New group, click New items , then hover over E-mail Message Using then click More Stationery.

2. In the Choose a theme section , click the theme or stationery you want to apply and click OK.

3. Compose and send your mail.

4. Turn off Outlook Stationery and theme

1. Click the File tab .

2. Click to select Options.

3. Click Mail.

4. At Compose messages , click Stationery and Fonts.

5. In the Personal Stationery tab, select the Theme .

6. Under Choose a Theme , click No theme .
