After downloading Microsoft Support and Recovery Assistant for Office 365, run the tool and wait for the installation process to complete and then open the tool.

On the screen you will see a message asking you the problem you are having. Options include:

1. Install Office.

2. Outlook.

3. Outlook for Mac.

4. Mobile devices.

5. Outlook on the Web.

In addition a number of other available options include:

- Advanced diagnostics: Here you can run the Diagnostic Log Collection.

- Other: If the problem the application you are having is not listed here, click My problem isn't listed here link and notify Microsoft of the problem you are having.
