Apple offers a free month of iCloud but that's not what iOS users need
What Apple does is just on the surface, rather than fix the problem from the core.
IOS users often encounter the problem of still storing data, images on the phone, and suddenly receive a message informing that there is not enough storage space on iCloud.
Now Apple has a solution: according to AppleInsider, Apple provides a free month of storage on iCloud when the 5GB of free space is exhausted. But this 'solution' of Apple is just to lure you to pay more to buy storage.
Just like any free trial package, Apple hopes you sign up to use it, either forget to stop using it or be too excited to continue to pay for it. It is worth mentioning here that they offer this trial program just because they do not provide enough storage space for users.
The 5GB capacity on iCloud that Apple provides - the number hasn't changed since its launch in 2011 - obviously too little, especially to store everything on iCloud, from backing up phone data to Application or image data.
ICloud users will have to confuse their choice of storage for their data
Google allows free image hosting. So at a minimum, a company that sells phones for thousands of dollars should have a backup facility at the basic level for users, such as applications or messages . Maybe this helps them earn some extra money but In return, many people will feel uncomfortable. You will always have to decide whether to try to manage less storage than iPod Nano in 2006 or risk losing everything if your phone is in trouble.
Providing a free monthly subscription is a good start, but Apple needs to carefully consider backing up for its users - no matter how much it costs.
