What is mDNSResponder. exe or Bonjour?

The mDNSResponder. exe program is in Bonjour of Window Services, just like Apple's 'Zero Configuration Networking' application, which is automatically installed by iTunes. If you wonder why iTunes can work with other software on the same local area network, Bonjour is the boss behind.
