If you can't connect to the internet to perform the conversion from a web service or can't successfully download and install conversion software, try this last method. This is the traditional manual method that people often use. Use the PrntScr key on your keyboard in conjunction with the MS Paint program available in Windows. This way, you will have to take screenshots of each PDF page and paste them into Paint to convert them into image files.
