Computer shortcuts are key combinations that computer users (PC/ Laptop/ Desktop) can use to replace more complex operations when using the computer. You can memorize or save files to use Office faster, more conveniently and simply with the following computer shortcut keys:

  1. Ctrl + O: open a previously existing file
  2. Ctrl + N: open a new file with no data
  3. Ctrl + S: overwrites the previously existing data file
  4. Ctrl + F: search for a word/paragraph in an existing file
  5. Ctrl + H: find and replace existing words/text
  6. Ctrl + B: bold a paragraph
  7. Ctrl + I: italicize a paragraph
  8. Ctrl + U: underline a selected text
  9. Esc: After opening sub-windows to perform search, replace words,. you can press Esc to close these sub-windows.
