Microsoft is about to bring Windows 11's new app store to Windows 10
One of the most notable changes is in the new Microsoft Store app store.
Specifically, Microsoft Store (also known as Windows Store) on Windows 11 has been built and redesigned to provide an intuitive interface, more information and features than the existing store on Windows 10. In addition, Microsoft also said that the new Store offers a better experience and performance, and is a strong upgrade of Windows 10 Store, which has not changed too much compared to its predecessor Windows 8 version.
However, if you intend to 'reluctantly' upgrade to Windows 11 just to experience the new Microsoft Store app, there is absolutely no need to do so. In a new post published on the official blog about Windows 11, Microsoft has confirmed that it will soon bring Windows 11's new application store to Windows 10, specifically as follows:
'The new Microsoft Store is now live on Windows 11, and we're excited to share that it'll also be available to Windows 10 customers in the coming months! We'll be sharing more details on this soon."
Check out a few notable improvements. The new Microsoft Store app has an intuitive design based on Fluent Design and WinUI, making the overall interface less cluttered. There will be a new navigation menu on the left side. At the top of the interface, there will be a new, more eye-catching search bar. Microsoft has also redesigned the app page in the Store with more clarity on download sizes, reviews, app features, changelog, and other information.

In particular, the Windows 11 Store will allow you to download apps that were previously unavailable. For example, you can download other app stores like Epic Games Store. The way the feature on the Microsoft Store Windows 10 works is very limited, preventing you from getting all the apps you want. With the new app, however, you can get most of the software you want.
