Messenger users have 10 minutes to retract the message they do not want to send

The messaging feature of Facebook Messenger has been long awaited by users. Previously, users could only delete a message on Messenger and only delete on the sender's side, the message still exists on the recipient's side.

In the latest update version Messenger app for iPhone, iPad on November 6, 2018, the publisher wrote: "Coming soon: Remove a message from a chat thread after it's been sent" (Coming soon: Delete message in conversation after sent).

Previously, this message retrieval feature was included in the Messenger app's changelist in 191.0 version on iOS, but only under 'coming soon' information. And now, users can use this feature to delete messages in both the conversation between themselves and others within a period of 10 minutes since the message was sent.

This is really a useful feature in case the user sends the wrong message.

According to previous information, to use the Unsend Message feature, users can access the message customization section. When selecting Unsend Message, a notification window will appear asking the user to confirm the retrieval of the message.
