Starting from November 16, 2018, customers of VinaPhone, Viettel and MobiFone can use the same network transfer service (mobile subscribers can switch from one mobile network to another and still use Old phone number) with simple procedure. After switching network, if customers think again, it is still possible to cancel the request to keep the network unchanged for a certain period of time.

How to cancel the network number unchanged by message:

Customers can text to the switchboard of the National Switching Center to cancel the request to keep the network unchanged with the following syntax:

Note: The request to cancel the network transfer remains valid only when the customer executes before the National Network Transfer Center sends the network transfer request number of the carrier to the carrier. At that time, the customer requests to receive a message to announce the successful cancellation of the National Network Transfer Center.
