How to pin notes on Apple Notes - Mark important notes

The Apple Notes app provides a note pinning tool that makes it easy for users to organize notes and keep the most important notes at the top so you can access them faster. When users access the Notes app, they will immediately see the pinned notes. Here are instructions for pinning notes on Apple Notes.

How to pin notes Apple Notes iPhone

Step 1:

On the interface of the iPhone Notes application, you find the note you want to pin as usual.

 

Step 2:

At the note that the user wants to write, we swipe the note to the right of the screen interface. Continue to press the pushpin icon to pin the note on the iPhone. Now you will see the Pinned item in the application interface with the note you have pinned.

Step 3:

You can continue pinning other notes if you want. The Notes app does not limit the number of pinned notes, so you can pin as many as you want. Under Pinned , tap the drop-down arrow icon to tidy up the pinned list.

 

Step 4:

To unpin a note on iPhone, users tap on the note and then tap on the 3-dot icon . Options for the note will appear, then tap Unpin to do so.

 

Or you can swipe the note from left to right and tap the pin icon to unpin it.

How to pin notes Apple Notes Mac

You access the notes application on Mac, then hold down the Control key on the note you want to pin and select Pin Note in the list to proceed with pinning the note.

In case you want to unpin a note on Mac, hold down the Control key on that note and select Unpin Note.
