Guide to creating forms in Canva using AI

If you need to quickly create a survey form, you can use the AI ​​Forms application on Canva to create forms, quizzes, and surveys according to your specifications. Response links and summary responses from participants will be managed in a separate interface, allowing creators to easily track answers and the number of participants. Below is a guide on creating forms using AI on Canva.

 

How to create forms using AI in Canva

Step 1:

On the Canva interface, click the three-dot icon and then select "Apps" from the list.

 

Next, we enter the keyword "Form AI" to search for applications.

Next, click on the Form AI application result you found to use it in Canva to create a form.

 

Step 2:

At this point, you'll be asked if you want to use the application for an existing design or create a new one.

Step 3:

Go to the interface for entering the form description or other content you want to create. We need to enter detailed and specific content so that the application can easily analyze and generate the form for you. Please refer to the description below.

Step 4:

After waiting a moment for the AI ​​form creation application on Canva to finish, we will see the basic interface of the form. Click "Add to design" to view the form.

 

Now, in the Canva interface, we will click on the link to go to the form link.

Step 5:

Then you will see a form link with the content you described. Send this link to the participants . Once the participants complete the questions and click Submit, the process is complete.

Step 6:

In the Canva interface, under the forms section, click on Manage and Edit as shown below.

 

Go to the participation form management interface. From this interface, you can view the responses, the number of participants, and the time the form was submitted.

Click on Settings to adjust some of the form's settings.
