First you visit the Microsoft registration page: https://signup.live.com/signup

Next, if you want to use Vietnamese interface, scroll down to the bottom of the right corner and select ENG [English (United States)] to change the language.

Select VIE [Vietnamese (Vietnamese keyboard)].

After the page has loaded the Vietnamese interface, first select ' Enter a new email address '.

Enter your email address and click ' Next '.

After the page has loaded Vietnamese interface. You fill in the necessary information.

Click Get new email address . And choose the type of outlook email or hotmail you want to sign up for. Then press ' Next '.

Enter your hotmail or outlook account password. Click Next

Enter your full name for the hotmail or outlook account you signed up for. Click Next

Select the location of your country and fill in the date / month / year of birth . Click Next

Enter the verification code you registered. Click Next to finish creating your hotmail or outlook account account.

Note: Your password needs at least 8 characters and contains at least 2 of the 4 things: Lower case letters, uppercase letters, numbers, and special characters

You can click Add image to add an avatar or click View inbox to manage your newly created email.

From now on, you can go to http://mail.live.com to access your email.
