Guide to writing training materials/reports using NotebookLM

NotebookLM supports various content creation methods when writing reports, depending on the type of document you upload. For example, you can create lesson plans in NotebookLM from uploaded textbook files or write training materials reports using NotebookLM. Based on the content description of what the report needs to achieve, NotebookLM will develop the content for you. Below is a guide on writing training materials reports using NotebookLM.

 

How to write a training report using NotebookLM

Step 1:

We access NotebookLM, then click on Create New , and then proceed to upload the training document file.

 

Step 2:

After the document has uploaded, look to the right and click on the "Reports" option .

At this point, different content types are displayed in the Report section. We click on the pen icon in the Summary document to write the report based on the training material you uploaded.

 

Step 3:

Here, please describe what the content of this training document report needs to achieve and how it should be done. The more detailed your description, the easier it will be for NotebookLM to summarize the content and build the training document report for us.

After entering the description, click the Create button below to continue.

 

Step 4:

The result is a report document created in NotebookLM; you can click to view its contents .

The content of the training report in NotebookLM is developed based on the description you enter. If you want to add or change any part of the content, enter your requirements in the box to create a new document.

Step 5:

To download the report , click the three-dot icon and then select Export to Document.
