Chrome 64 shortens the link when users share
The Android Police newspaper said that the latest version of the Google Chrome 64-hour browser has been able to shorten the link for users.
Normally you will have to use link shortened applications to get a short path instead of a long string of characters. But the latest version of Chrome supports this feature automatically. Accordingly the browser will automatically shorten the link when sharing the link (via Share option or copy - paste). Although the URL is truncated, this feature does not affect the reference information. If you want, you can copy and paste directly from the address bar to get the full link.

Anroid Police also pointed out that even though it was useful, this feature also had its disadvantages. For example, it will limit anchor tags to get users to a certain section on a long article. So using this short link will take you to the top of the page.
This is just one of many updates on Chrome 64, and it also has the tool to automatically block unwanted ads, violate Better Ads standards, the ability to turn off the whole page sound to prevent videos from automatically playing and Support HDR for Windows users.
