You can now create presentation slides using Canva AI.
Canva AI has added the option to create presentation slides using user-entered commands, instead of manually creating presentations in Canva as before. You can write a topic for Canva to generate content and then create slides. Or you can upload data and then Canva will use the document to design the presentation slides. Below is a guide on creating presentation slides using Canva AI.
Guide to creating presentation slides using Canva AI
Step 1:
You access your Canva account, then select the Canva AI option to use it.
Next, look at the adjacent frame and click on the white box , then select Design . After that, choose Presentation to use.
Step 2:
Now we proceed to select the design mode for the presentation. First, click on Viewer to make your selection.
In the Style section , you choose the type of presentation slides you want to use. When selecting Length, you choose the number of slides for the presentation, or let Canva AI decide automatically.
Step 3:
Enter the command to create a presentation slides in Canva AI and submit it to generate the data.
After submitting your request, Canva AI will list the main ideas to use in your presentation slides. You can click the pen icon to edit the main points for the slides. You can also delete or rearrange the order of the ideas in the slides.
If you want to add more slides, click Add slide, and finally select Create design .
Step 4:
Canva AI will immediately generate several presentation slides based on your requirements. To use a slide, simply click on it to continue editing .
Step 5:
Here you can re-select the colors for your presentation slides, then click Use Canva Editor .
You will then be taken to the presentation slide editing interface using the tools available in Canva.
Step 6:
If you want to upload data to use as the basis for creating a presentation slide, click the plus sign and then select the source from which you want to upload the data.
Next, enter the command to create a presentation slideshow from the data.
