An operating system installation file with the code " Windows Build 9364" has been shared on peer-to-peer (P2P) Torrent in ISO 2.6GB compression format over the weekend. When installing the test, the system parameters show that this is an update for Windows 8 Pro, codenamed " WindowsBlue".
