Search

Open the text file you need to perform, press Edit> Find menu or press Ctrl + F. In the window that appears, type the search word into the Find What box and then click the Find Next button or press the Enter key, then the program will search and stop at the word found in the text.So you click on the word to repair (if necessary) and then click the Find Next button to continue.

You can find accented words by setting up the correct encoding with the font used in the text and then typing the word even into the Find What box (you can type the right word to search, this box may not display the mark). In case you want to find exact words (find words are case-sensitive, lowercase .), click the More button in the search window, tick the items Match case, Find whole words only .

Instead of, replace

Click Edit> Replace or press Ctrl + H.In the window that appears, type the word you want to find in the Find What box, type the word you need to replace in the Replace with box, click the Find Next button to find the word, and then click the Repalce button to replace the word, or click Replace All if you're sure to replace it. all of those words in the text.

In the way of searching, instead of the aforementioned, you only find the words that are visible but cannot find the characters that are not displayed, or symbols of a certain format.To find these characters, in the search and replace window, click the More button, click the Special button, and then select the character type to search for in the list that appears.Then in the Rind what or Replace with box will appear in the character specified for the selected form.So the next time you can retype the characters you have found to find that particular type of character.
