- Select the Elliptical Marquee Tool, draw an ellipse to create the wooden eye.
- Select Select - Feather with parameters:
Feather Radius: 3 pixels
- Select Filter - Distort - Wave, with parameters:
Number of Generator: 1
Wavelength: Min: 1; Max; 281
Amplitude: Min: 90; Max: 206
Scale: Horiz: 100%; Vert: 100%
Type: choose Sine
Undefined Areas: select Repeat Edge Pixels
- Choose Filter - Sharpen - Sharpen Edges
- Choose Filter - Sharpen - Unsharp Mask, with parameters:

Radius: 46.7 pixels
