Instructions on how to add photos to a frame in Canva

Instead of using a regular image, Canva offers a wide variety of photo frames for you to add your photos to. Simply search for pre-made frames in Canva, such as Polaroid frames or gold-bordered frames, to design your own. Then, just add your photo to the frame in Canva without needing to make any further edits. This article will guide you on how to add photos to frames in Canva.

 

How to add photos to a frame in Canva

Step 1:

First, open Canva and create a new project. Next, in the Components section , find the Frames section to locate image frames. Click "View All" to expand the available frames in Canva.

 

Step 2:

At this point, you will see many frames to choose from for adding images. Scroll down to find the frame you like.

 

Alternatively, you can enter keywords related to the specific frame design you want for faster searching.

Step 3:

After selecting a frame for your photo collage, in the Upload section, you can upload the image you want to add to the frame or use an existing image in Canva.

 

Step 4:

You click on the image to add it to the frame in Canva , and then the image is automatically added to the frame as shown below.

 

Step 5:

Double -click the image again to switch to the image editing interface with various options.

In this Adjustments section , you can change the image display style, such as adjusting the image brightness, changing the dark area style, etc. Adjust the sliders below until you are satisfied.

In the Effects section, you can change the color filter for the image or apply other effects to the photo.

 

Each section will have additional usage intensity options below that we can adjust to suit our needs.

Step 6:

Finally, once satisfied, users can download the image from Canva.
