Gemini's scheduled activity feature allows you to set up recurring reminders automatically at specific times. Users can set any scheduled activity reminder they need, on a weekly or monthly basis, to support their work. Below is a guide on how to schedule activities on Gemini.
How to schedule activities on Gemini
Step 1:
On the Gemini interface, create a new conversation and then enter a description of what you want to schedule . Enter detailed information including the time, frequency, and topic of the activity so Gemini can read and schedule the content accordingly.

Step 2:
Gemini will respond to your request and also save the schedule you need to follow on Gemini. You will then see a notification that the schedule has been scheduled on Gemini, as shown below. Gemini will automatically set a time to update the information for you if the user does not set a specific time.

Any scheduled action on Gemini, if ready, will display a dot next to the conversation in the Recent section.
Step 3:
Next, click on the gear icon and then select Scheduled Actions as shown below.
Step 4:
Now you will see the scheduled action on Gemini as shown in the image. We can manage scheduled activities through this interface.
If you want to stop scheduling an activity, simply turn off the button for that activity. To re-enable scheduling, just turn the button back on.
