How to turn off the Macbook login when opening the device from the Sleep state
For most Macs, users often have a habit of folding the device to put it into Sleep mode, rather than turning off the computer completely. However, if you want to re-use the device from the "sleep" state, you must enter the login password to unlock the Macbook screen. So how can I turn off the login request when I open the Mac from the Sleep state?
Step 1:
At the interface on the screen, we click on the Apple icon in the left corner of the screen. After that, we continue to click on the System Preferences option.
Step 2:
In the System Preferences interface, click the Security & Privacy item.
Switch to the new interface, users click on the General item.
Step 3:
Users continue to click the lock icon in the lower left corner of the Security & Privacy window. The login password dialog box appears on the Mac. Then press Next Unlock below.
Step 4:
Return to the Security & Privacy interface. Here, you will uncheck the option at Require Password . option .
Step 5:
Continue, click the Turn Off Screen Lock button to remove the option to require a password to unlock the Mac screen from the Sleep state.
Finally, click on the lock icon at the bottom of the Security & Privacy interface to prevent others from seeing the changes we have made.
So, we have completely turned off the requirement to enter a password on a Mac when open from the Sleep state. However, users also need to keep in mind when making this option, because others can gain unauthorized access to the device. In addition, this option only disables the machine login from the Sleep state, but does not require entering the password when logging in to the Mac.
