Although it is seldom used for photography, sometimes Flash on iPhone still has a certain effect in some cases. However, sometimes you will encounter errors such as the Flash does not work or the Flash does not blink at the right time when taking a picture. Specifically Flash flashes before or after the photo has been taken, making the Flash effect not work on the image, making the image dark.
To fix these errors, try the following:
- If your iPhone is in the cover, remove it.
- Make sure the Flash lens is not dirty or is attached to something.Use a piece of cloth or cotton pad to wipe it off.
- Click on the Flash-shaped Flash icon in the upper left corner of the screen and make sure that the Flash is on.
- Try rebooting the machine by Hard Reset (press Home + Power on iPhone 6S Plus or down key combination or Power key combination + sound reduction key on iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus).
- Turn on the LED on the Control Center. If it works, so does the Flash on your Camera.
- Turn off the camera's location service by going to Settings> Privacy> Location Services .
Good luck !
