How to enable and disable AI Actions in Windows 11

2. Create questions: Create question and answer lists with Copilot for .ppt, .pptx, xlsx, .pdf, .doc, .docx, .txt, .rtf, .aspx, .htm, and .html files.

However, these options are only available to Microsoft 365 subscribers with a Copilot plan. You must also be a member of the Microsoft 365 Insider program.

How to enable AI Actions in Windows 11

Step 1:
