How to copy files automatically to Google Drive, USB
Copying folders from one device to another, or uploading another application is extremely basic. But with the SyncFolder application, you can set up the scheduled copy mode. We can take time to move data by day, week or month according to demand.

How to schedule data copying using SyncFolder
Step 1:
Click on the link below to install SyncFolder application on Windows 10.
- Download the SyncFolder application
Step 2:
Launch the application and will see the main interface with 2 different options.
Create a new mirroring task : this way of copying will create an exact copy of the files stored on the services when copying the original files. If the original files disappear, the copy files also disappear.
Create a new copy task : copy all new files and changed, but the original file is deleted, the copy file does not disappear when stored to another device or application.
Step 3:
After choosing how to copy the file, we set the properties for the copy operation. In this interface you need to enter the items including:
- Name : Name the copy job.

- Chọn bản sao nên được lưu: hãy chọn Select drive / folder select the folder to store the copied file.
- Copy method : change the copy method if Create a new mirroring task, press Synchronize form spurce to target, Create a new mirroring task is Backup from source to target.
- Khi việc thực hiện được thực hiện: choose the time and frequency of automatic copying. This feature will be activated when you enable the option The job wall run automatically at time you configured below.
Step 4:
Click Manage and interact with exiting tasks to manage the copy process. To copy, click Synchronize now. To cancel copying click Delete, click Configure to reset the content for the data. Show status displays the copy process.
In the copy process you will see the number of files copied, the copy time.
SyncFolder supports users to schedule data copying, with the choice of 2 different copy types. Depending on your needs, you can choose the date and time to copy automatically.
