Google Drive refines the user interface, making viewing folders easier

Recently, Google has just announced they are going to redo the User Interface in the folder that users are shared with on Google Drive.

"In the near future, when you open a folder shared by your friends, it is easier to view the content in that folder thanks to a much more intuitive layout. You can click on it. If you want to save the folder you shared to your Google Drive account, you can use the 'Add to Drive ' button at the top right to proceed to download the account data.
