2/ Restart Windows Explorer to fix the blank icon error in Windows 11/10

It's possible that the machine is having some problem, so the icons are 'plain white' like that. Therefore, restarting Windows Explorer is a quick fix.

1. Step 1 : The user opens the task manager by pressing the key combination Ctrl + Shift + Esc .
2. Step 2 : Scroll down and click on Windows Explorer .
3. Step 3 : Click the Restart button in the bottom corner.

3/ Clear the icon cache
