1. Check the microphone on the computer

2. Always turn on the audio mode when learning on Zoom

In the Settings section of Zoom there is a separate Sound adjustment item for us to check the sound before entering the Zoom lesson. You need to check the Automatically connect computer audio when participating in meetings to always be connected to the microphone when studying online on Zoom.

3. Turn on the microphone while studying online on Zoom

When learning online on Zoom there will be the option to turn the microphone on or off on Zoom and turn off the camera on Zoom. If you see the crossed out symbol at the microphone, just click on it to turn on the microphone.

4. Teacher shares screen with no sound

One case where students do not hear learning on Zoom is because the teacher shares the screen with audio, but does not allow audio sharing. At that time, the teacher click on the Other item in the toolbar at the sharing screen and select Share sound.

2. Turn on the microphone when studying online on Zoom

If you learn in Zoom without sound, you just need to click on the mic icon below to re-enable the sound, if there is a cross icon.

3. Adjust the microphone in Zoom Settings

At the Zoom application interface, click Settings and then click on Meeting. Now click on Automatically connect audio. You need to switch from Off to Use Internet mode to automatically connect the microphone when studying online on Zoom. Click Finish to save.

4. Update Zoom to the latest version
